This purpose built healthcare centre built in 1996 by Dr Leo Tobin, Dental Surgeon and Dr Richard Tobin with the aim of providing high quality multi-disciplinary care. This is a privately funded development currently providing public and private patient access. The centre provides employment to a significant number of diverse healthcare personnel.

EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS CARE
There is a doctor on call weekdays between 5:00pm and 8:00am, weekends and public holidays 24 hour care is available.

Patients can contact the practice by phone. When a doctor is unavailable to take your call, a response will be dealt with as soon as possible. Your understanding in this regard is appreciated.

| Health promotion and patient recall systems
This practice is committed to preventative healthcare care. We may send you reminder notices for routine screening tests and other health care services which promote good health. If you do not wish to be a part of this system please inform the practice nurse, however, please note that if any tests or investigations are abnormal we are obliged to contact you for recall purposes.
PRIVACY OF HEALTH INFORMATION
Your medical record is absolutely confidential. Strict adherence to privacy in the collection, use, disclosure, access and storage of all personal health information is used. Request for personal medical details must at all times be contingent on informed signed consent by you, the patient.
